CIRQUE DU SOLEIL CATERING CHEF

 

We are seeking 5 x chefs to cater to the CIRQUE DU SOLEIL SHOW LUZIA VIP guests from July 25 to September 1, 2024, at Claremont Showgrounds. 

 

Job Details

Preparation Shifts:

• Monday to Friday, 8 am to 3 pm at our East Victoria Park kitchen

• Up to approx. 35 hours/week (Casual hours available)

 

Service Shifts:

CIRQUE DU SOLEIL site at Claremont Showgrounds

• Thursday to Saturday: 5:30 pm to 10 pm

• Saturday: 10:30 am to 3 pm / 2 pm to 6 pm

• Sunday: 11 am to 4 pm / 2:30 pm to 8 pm

• Up to approx. 30 hours/week (Casual hours available)

 

Requirements:

• Food handle certificate required

• Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering company as a chef-de-partie, demi-chef, or commis chef.

 

Pay:

• Award pay, depending on experience.

CIRQUE DU SOLEIL KITCHEN HANDS

 

We have 2 x kitchen hand positions available to support our chefs with small tasks and general kitchen cleanup.

 

Job Details

Shift Details: 

• Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm at our East Victoria Park kitchen

• Up to approx. 38 hours/week (Casual hours available)

Pay: $28/hour

CIRQUE DU SOLEIL WAIT STAFF

 

We are also looking for 8 x waitstaff to provide canapé-style service for food only at the CIRQUE DU SOLEIL show in Claremont Showgrounds.

 

Job Details

• Shift Details: Hours may vary slightly depending on the number of guests.

  • Thursday and Friday nights: 6 pm to 10/11 pm

  • Saturday: 11:30 am to 3:30 pm / 3 pm to 7 pm / 6 pm to 10/11 pm

  • Sunday: 12 pm to 4 pm / 3:30 pm to 8 pm

  • Up to approx. 30 hours/week (Casual hours available)

• Pay:

  • Weekdays: $29/hour

  • Saturday: $34/hour

  • Sunday: $40/hour
